Frequently asked questions
Fifteen answers to the things people actually ask at reception. If yours isn't here, message us — we'll answer and then add it.
Booking
Pay & Play guests can book 7 days ahead. Social members get 14 days, Performance members 21 days and Family members 21 days. The booking page automatically shows the dates you are allowed to reserve.
Cancel or move a booking free of charge up to 12 hours before the start time. Inside 12 hours the slot is charged in full, because at that notice we rarely refill it. Message us on WhatsApp and we will always try to help.
Yes. Weekday evenings from 17:00 and all weekend are peak, and each court adds its own uplift on the base hourly rate. The exact total is shown on every slot before you confirm.
Court 6 is a dedicated 20 m x 6 m singles court, bookable exactly like the doubles courts.
Coaching
Every new squad player does a free 20-minute assessment with a coach, who places you into Beginner, Improver or Performance. We re-review levels every eight weeks.
We run holiday camps in every school break — half-day and full-day options, ages 6 to 16, with a maximum of six juniors per coach.
Facilities
Yes, 60 free covered bays on site, plus overflow parking on the west side of the warehouse for tournament days.
Full changing rooms with showers, lockers and towels for members, and a café on the terrace overlooking Centre Court.
Membership
At roughly four to six hours a month, the Social tier usually pays for itself through booking discounts alone. Performance makes sense from about eight hours a month or if you play league.
Yes — members may freeze for up to two months per year at no cost. Just email us before the billing date.
New players
Book onto Padel 101, our six-week beginner block. Loan rackets and balls are included, and you will be playing real doubles points in the first session. If you would rather try it once, join a Friday social night.
No. Racket hire is AED 25 per session and free on some membership tiers. Once you are playing weekly, come to the pro shop and demo three frames before you buy anything.
Sportswear and non-marking court shoes. Padel-specific shoes with a herringbone sole grip the turf far better than running shoes — we stock them, but any flat court shoe is fine to start.
Shop
Yes. Any in-stock racket can be demoed for one session for AED 40, refunded against the purchase if you buy that frame within a week.
Dubai orders arrive next working day. The rest of the UAE takes two to three working days. Orders over AED 400 ship free, and you can always collect from reception for nothing.
